Revamping Cranmore Executive Search

to Enhance Industry Presence

Cranmore Executive Search, a prominent player in the Life Sciences industry, recognized the need to revamp its online presence to align with its evolving goals and strategies. As the Marketing Executive tasked with this project, my objective was to create a dynamic website that not only served as a platform for talent acquisition but also positioned Cranmore as a thought leader and resource hub within the industry.

 

To achieve this, I transitioned from the outdated recruitment-centric CMS to Wix, allowing for greater flexibility, functionality, and a more engaging user experience.

Challenges:

Outdated Platform: The existing website, hosted on a recruitment independent CMS, lacked modern features and did not effectively showcase Cranmore's brand identity and offerings.


Limited Focus: The previous website primarily targeted candidates, neglecting the opportunity to attract potential clients and provide valuable industry insights.


Lack of Resources: There was a dearth of accessible resources, hindering Cranmore's ability to establish engagment with its audience beyond traditional recruitment services.

Aims:

Enhanced Brand Visibility: Develop a visually appealing and user-friendly website that reflects Cranmore's professionalism and expertise in the Life Sciences sector.


Diversified Audience Targeting: Shift the focus from solely attracting candidates to also catering to potential clients, showcasing Cranmore's value proposition as a strategic partner in talent acquisition.


Content Expansion: Introduce a dedicated section for articles, resources, and a podcast to provide valuable insights and establish Cranmore as a thought leader within the industry.

The strategy to revamp Cranmore Executive Search's website centered on a comprehensive approach aimed at transforming it into a dynamic hub for professionals in the Life Sciences industry. This involved migrating to the Wix platform to leverage its intuitive interface and customisable templates for creating a visually appealing and user-friendly design that aligns with Cranmore's brand identity.

 

Content restructuring was prioritised to prominently feature services for both clients and candidates, ensuring easy navigation and accessibility to relevant information. Compelling articles, whitepapers, and podcasts were developed to address key industry trends, challenges, and best practices, establishing Cranmore as a thought leader within the sector. Lead capture forms were strategically integrated across the website to facilitate better lead generation and client acquisition efforts, while SEO optimization was implemented to improve visibility and drive organic traffic. This holistic strategy aimed to enhance brand visibility, diversify audience targeting, and foster deeper engagement with the target audience, ultimately driving growth and success for Cranmore Executive Search.
